Abstract
These Regulations enable the National Assembly for Wales to establish an appeals procedure for farmers who dispute decisions taken by it in connection with the funding of certain elements of the common agricultural policy and schemes related to it. The Regulations set out the relevant Community legislation in relation to which the appeals procedures may apply.
