Abstract
The first part of the Act regulates the marketing of milk. The 24 sections are entitled as follows: Ending of milk marketing schemes (sect. 1); Schemes of reorganization (sects. 2-8); Carrying out approved schemes (sects. 9-12); Position of milk marketing boards post-revocation (sects. 13-15); Miscellaneous (sects. 16-21); Supplementary (sects. 22-24). Old milk marketing schemes are revoked (sect. 1). A milk marketing board may, at any time before 1 January 1994, apply to the appropriate authority for approval of a scheme for the reorganization of arrangements relating to the marketing of milk in its area (sect. 2). Section 5 deals with modification of the Scheme.
