Animals and Animal Products (Import and Export) (Amendment No.2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 (S.R. No. 346 of 2006).

These Regulations amend the Animals and Animal Products (Import and Export) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 to update Schedule 4 in order to bring the implementation of Community instruments as up-to-date as possible. The changes made to Schedule 4 are in relation to the countries from which imports are permitted of captive birds going to approved bodies, institutes or centres and lists instruments covering trade in captive birds going to approved bodies, institutes or centres.
