Animals and Animal Products (Import and Export) (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 (S.I. No. 2266 of 2000).

These Regulations amend the principal Regulations 2000 so as to modify the list of border inspection posts set out in Schedule 2, both to correct an omission and to implement Commission Decision 2000/497/EC updating the list of border inspection posts approved for veterinary checks. They also amend Schedule 3 to the principal Regulations so as to implement the requirements of Commission Decision 2000/528/EC concerning certain protective measures relating to Classical Swine Fever in the United Kingdom and to insert a reference to Directive 2000/20/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Council Directive 64/432/EEC on animal health problems affecting intra-Community trade in bovine animals and swine.
