Antarctic Act 1994 (Jersey) (Amendment) Order (L.16/2017).

This Order amends the Antarctic Act 1994 (Jersey) Order 1995 to include in the definition of the "Antarctic Act 1994"amendments made to that Act by the Antarctic Act 2013 of the United Kingdom. That Act provides principally with respect to preparation for and response to environmental emergencies in the Antarctic, giving in part effect to the Annex VI to the Protocol on Environmental Protection to the Antarctic Treaty - Liability arising from environmental emergencies.
