Artificial Breeding of Sheep and Goats Regulations 1993 (S.I. No. 3248 of 1993).

These Regulations implement Council Directive 92/65/EC as regards the production of the semen, ova, and embryos of sheep and goats, destined for intra-Community trade. They also provide for the approval of semen collection centres and embryo collection teams. Contravention of the Regulations is an offence under section 10(6) of the Animal Health and Welfare Act 1984.
