Abstract
These Regulations amend, for England, the Bathing Water Regulations 2013 in Schedule 2 so as to include waters which have been identified by the Secretary of State as bathing waters in England, to omit those waters which are no longer identified as bathing waters and to amend the names of certain bathing waters.
