Bee Diseases and Pests Control (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2010 (S.R. No. 394 of 2010).

This Order amends the Bee Diseases and Pests Control Order (Northern Ireland) 2007 so as to enforce in Northern Ireland Article 13 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 206/2010 laying down lists of third countries, territories or parts thereof authorised for the introduction into the European Union of certain animals and fresh meat and the veterinary certification requirements. Certain conditions will apply to the introduction of defined species of queen bees and bumble bees from third countries into Northern Ireland.
