Abstract
This Order makes provision with respect to measures to fight diseases affecting bees.
Measures include: notification of diseases to the National Assembly; prohibition on the movement of things such as bee hives; combs, bees, etc. that might spread the disease or pest; marking of bee hives; declaration of an infected area; prohibition of the use of substances that may disguise the presence of or render difficult the detection of a notifiable disease other than in accordance with a notice requiring treatment of diseases; and destruction or treatment of bee hives.
