Beef and Veal Labelling (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2018 (S.R. No. 191 of 2018).

These Regulations amend the Beef and Veal Labelling Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010 to update legislative references and to reflect provisions in Regulation (EU) No 652/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Regulation (EC) No 1760/2000 as regards electronic identification of bovine animals and labelling and removes the requirement for businesses to seek prior approval from the Department before labelling beef and veal with non-compulsory information by amending regulation 5 (Offences).
