Abstract
These amendments revise certain definitions contained in regulation 2 in the light of the enactment of the Fresh Meat (Hygiene and Inspection) Regulations 1995 (S.I. No. 1995/539), and make consequential amendments to Schedules 2 and 5. Furthermore, certain references to European Community legislation are inserted. (2 regulations)
