Biocidal Products (Amendment) Regulations 2010 (S.I. No. 745 of 2010).

These Regulations amend regulation 3(2) of the Biocidal Products Regulations 2001 so as to implement Directive 2009/107/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 September 2009 amending Directive 98/8/EC concerning the placing of biocidal products on the market as regards the extension of certain time periods. They amend definitions, amend and extend time limits, extend data protection periods for active substances and biocidal products and amend Schedule 2 listing United Kingdom Regulations relating to biocidal products.
