Abstract
These Regulations make provision about carbon units and carbon accounting for the purposes of Part 1 of the Climate Change Act 2008. Thy define "carbon units" and provide for the opeing of "credit accounts". Carbon units may be credited to the net UK carbon account in accordance with these Regulations.
