These Regulations amend the Cattle Database Regulations 1998: to give new definitions of "calf passport" and "cattle passport"; to replace references to Council Regulation (EC) No. 820/97 with references to Council Regulation (EC) No. 1760/2000 and replace references to Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2629/97 with references to Commission Regulation (EC) No. 911/2004; and to make consequential amendments.
