Abstract
These Regulations amend the Cattle Identification Regulations 1998 to replace references to Council Regulation (EC) No. 820/97 with references to Council Regulation (EC) No. 1760/2000 and to replace references to Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2629/97 with references to Commission Regulation (EC) No. 911/2004. They also update references to domestic legislation and replace the words "licensed slaughterhouse" with "slaughterhouse" in regulation 20 on slaughterhouses and private kills and regulation 27 on return of cattle passports.
