Cattle Identification (Notification of Births, Deaths and Movements) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011 (S.R. No. 349 of 2011).

These Regulations amend the Cattle Identification (Notification of Births, Deaths and Movements) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999 so as to permit the notification of births and deaths of animals by means of electronic communication where such electronic communication is authorized by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development. The Department shall maintain a register of persons authorized under these Regulations.
