Chemicals (Hazard Information and Packaging for Supply) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1999 (S.I. No. 3165 of 1999).

These Regulations amend the principal Regulations of 1994 by introducing new editions of the approved classification and labelling guide (reg. 3) and the approved supply list (reg. 4) thereby implementing article 1 of Commission Directive 98/98/EC adapting to technical progress for the 25th time Council Directive 67/548/EEC on the approximation of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions relating to the classification, packaging and labelling of dangerous substances.
