Abstract
This Order provides for measures to combat and reduce air pollution and more specifically dark smoke from chimneys, industrial or trade premises, grit and dust from furnaces. It also concerns abatement of smoke nuisances and more ecofriendly processes and defines offences. Subject to certain exceptions, the emission of dark smoke shall be an offence.
