Climate Change (Annual Targets) (Scotland) Order 2010 (S.S.I. No. 359 of 2010).

This Order implements section 4 of the Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009 which requires the setting of annual targets for the maximum amount of the net Scottish emissions account for each year in the period 2010-2022.
