Climate Change Levy (General) Regulations 2001 (S.I. No. 838 of 2001).

These Regulations make provisions with respect to administrative arrangements in relation with the payment of climate change levy in accordance with the Climate Change Levy (Registration and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2001. The Regulations concern, among other things, tax credits and other reductions, returns, payment procedures and various certifications.
