Climate Change (Limit on Carbon Units) (Scotland) Order 2010 (S.S.I. No. 217 of 2010).

This Order, for the purposes of section 21 of the Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009, sets a limit on the net amount of carbon units which may be credited to the net Scottish emissions account. It also specifies carbon units that do not count towards the limit.
