Climate Change (Limit on Carbon Units) (Scotland) Order 2011 (S.S.I. No. 440 of 2011).

This Order, for the purposes of section 21 of the Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009, sets a limit on the net amount of carbon units which may be credited to the net Scottish emissions account in a specified period. This amount is specified in the Schedule. It also specifies carbon units that do not count towards the limit.
