Collagen and Gelatine (Intra-Community Trade) (Scotland)(Amendment) Regulations 2003 (S.S.I. No. 328 of 2003).

These Regulations amend the principal Regulations by substituting the coming into force date of 30th June 2003 with a new date of 30th September 2003. These Regulations are made in anticipation of a new Commission Decision which will be made by 1st July 2003. That Decision will amend the date of application of Commission Decision 2003/42/EC, which was implemented by the principal Regulations. The new date of application will be 30th September 2003.
