Abstract
These Regulations provide details on issue and use of documents, and procedure concerning application, rejection and other matters for import permits, export permits, reexport certificates, personal ownership certificates and applications for such documents (forms are laid down in Annexes I to VI); customs procedures; labels to be used; marking requirements, as well as exemptions and derogations.
