These Regulations make provision in England for the administration of Regulation (EU) No. 1307/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing rules for direct payments to farmers under support schemes within the framework of the common agricultural policy and some associated Regulations. They also: specify the list of planted tree species for purposes of Article 4(1)(k) and (2)(c) of the Regulation and the minimum eligible area of holding for the purposes of Article 10(1) and (2); define "permanent grassland" and "ecological focus areas"; provide with respect to the date on which eligible land must be at farmer s disposal, payments to young and active farmers and other financial arrangements, the period of crop diversification; and concern review of these Regulations.
