Abstract
These Regulations make provision in Northern Ireland for the administration of Regulation (EU) No.1307/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing rules for direct payments to farmers under support schemes within the framework of the common agricultural policy and three other associated Regulations. Northern Ireland shall be one region for the purposes of the basic payment scheme. The Regulations, among other things, define the minimum eligible area for allocating entitlements and claiming payments under the Basic Payment Scheme.
