Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment and Support Schemes (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014 (S.R. No. 66 of 2014).

These Regulations amend the Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment and Support Scheme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010 so as to provide in Northern Ireland for the administration of Council Regulation (EC) No 73/2009, and other associated Community instruments, in relation to direct support schemes under the Common Agricultural Policy. They replace and substitute regulation 7 (on transfers)by removing provisions relating to the requirement for the transfer of payment entitlements within specified time limits and replacing them with the requirement for the transfer of payment entitlement to be communicated by the transferor by a specified date.
