Compulsory Purchase of Land (Written Representations Procedure) (Ministers) (Miscellaneous Amendments and Electronic Communications) Regulations 2018 (S.I. No. 253 of 2018).

These Regulations amend the Compulsory Purchase of Land (Written Representations Procedure) (Ministers) Regulations 2004 in provisions that, among other things, set out the procedures for written representations and the procedure to be followed where a decision notified under regulation 10(1) of the 2004 Regulations is quashed in proceedings before any court.
