Conservation (Natural Habitats, c.) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2000 (S.I. No. 192 of 2000).

A further category of sites is added to the meaning of "European site" in regulation 10 of the Habitats Regulations. This further category of sites comprises those sites in England which are included in the list of sites proposed by the Secretary of State and transmitted to the Commission under regulation 7 of the Habitats Regulations Regulation 2(3) makes consequential amendments to regulation 11 of the Habitats Regulations to provide for registration of this new category of sites in the register of European sites compiled and maintained by the Secretary of State under that regulation.
