Control of Pollution (Oil Storage) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011 (S.R. No. 385 of 2011).

These Regulations amend regulation 8(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution (Oil Storage) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010 to correct a drafting error. Regulation 8(1)(a) species cases in which the Department of the Environment may serve a notice on the person having custody or control of that oil requiring him to carry out such works, take such precautions or such steps as, in the opinion of the Department, are appropriate for minimizing that risk having regard to the requirements of regulations 4, 5 and 6 of the principal Regulations.
