Abstract
This Order amends the Control of Salmonella in Poultry Order to designate the Secretary of State as competent authority in respect of England for the purposes of Regulation (EC) No 2160/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the control of salmonella and other food-borne zoonotic agents.
