Abstract
This Order revokes and remakes the Control of Salmonella in Poultry (Scotland) Order 2008 and enforces Community legislation to extend the sampling provision to broiler flocks of birds of the species Gallus gallus. It prohibits the use of antimicrobials and live salmonella vaccines.
