Abstract
This Order makes provision for the testing in Scotland of flocks of turkeys for Salmonella. It also prohibits the use of antimicrobials and live Salmonella vaccine for the control of Salmonella and requires a person in charge of a holding on which one or more turkey flocks are kept or are intended to be kept to notify the Scottish Ministers and to record samples taken in accordance with points 1 and 2 of the Annex to Regulation (EC) No 584/2008 and to record movements of turkeys.
