CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme (Allocation of Allowances for Payment) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 (S.I. No. 1097 of 2013).

These Regulations amend the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme (Allocation of Allowances for Payment) Regulations 2012 by: replacing the requirement to have primary and secondary allocation periods with a single allocation period; creating separate application periods (when main allocations of allowances can be requested) and payment periods (when main allocations should be paid for); and modifying payments rules regarding payments after a payment and deduction of costs.
