Crofting Register (Notice of First Registration) (Scotland) Order 2012 (S.S.I. No. 296 of 2012).

This Order prescribes the form of a public notice required to be give by applicant for first registration of a croft, common grazing or land held runrig in the Crofting Register under section 12(8) of the Crofting Reform (Scotland) Act 2010. Such notice shall be placed in local newspapers and on the land in question.
