Disease Control (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2007 (S.I. No. 2623 of 2007).

This Order amends the Disease Control (England) Order 2003 to remove the emergency measures that increase the standstill period and disapply paragraph 8 of Schedule 1 and paragraph 13 of Schedule 2 in respect of certain movements in a sole occupancy group. Schedule 1 specifies movements off premises which are permitted during the standstill period and Schedule specifies movements on to premises that do not trigger the standstill period.
