Disease Control (England) (Amendment) Order 2016 (S.I. No. 280 of 2016).

This Order amends the Disease Control (England) Order 2003 so as to clarify that certain requirements relating to the reporting of movements and movement documents, as set out in article 6 of this Order, apply to deer only. It also inserts a new review provisions in the principal Order and make minor changes to the way in which keepers report and make declarations in support of movements of rams, bulls and pigs for breeding purposes. Review of the of the regulatory provision in this Order shall be carried out by the Secretary of State.
