Ecodesign for Energy-Related Products (Amendment) Regulations 2011 (S.I. No. 2677 of 2011).

These Regulations amend the Ecodesign for Energy-Related Products Regulations 2010 in relation to the list of products, the duty of review of the principal Regulations by the Secretary of State and appeals. They also amend the Energy Information Regulations 2011 to require persons to make technical documentation available from the time when the person placed products on the market or puts them into service and to keep them available from the time of placing on the market or putting into service for a period of at least five years after the last date of manufacture of that product.
