Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Miscellaneous Amendments etc.) Regulations 2019 (S.I. No. 526 of 2019).

These Regulations make amendments to primary and secondary legislation in the field of environmental protection, freshwater pollution, waste management, animal and plant health, food safety and sea fishing. The amendments concern, among other things, references to EU legislation, amends the definition of environmental licence in section 56(1) of the Environment Act 1995, as it applies in England and Wales in relation to the Environment Agency and the Natural Resources Body for Wales, to amend a reference to the EU Waste Framework Directive in consequence of amendments to that Directive.
