Environment (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2018 (S.R. No. 200 of 2018).

These Regulations amend various Regulations to in order to make minor miscellaneous technical amendments to update outdated references in existing legislation that transposes current EU environmental requirements. The amendments concern, among other things, waste management, landfills and waste disposal, hazardous waste, (marine) fisheries, aquaculture, water supply and pollution, environmental impact assessment generally, forestry, agriculture, air pollution and conservation of habitats.
