Environmental Civil Sanctions (England) Order 2010 (S.I. No. 1157 of 2010).

This Order permits the Environment Agency and Natural England to impose civil sanctions in relation to the offences specified in Schedule 5 to the Order. They also provide for enforcement. The legislation which creates such offence includes the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries Act 1975, the Wildlife and Countryside Act, the Environmental Protection Act 1990, the Water Resources Act 1991, the Water Industry Act 1991, the Environment Act 1995, the Water Act 2003 and specified agricultural legislation.
