Abstract
These Regulations amend the Environmental Impact Assessment (Forestry) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 in provisions concerning the penalty for a summary offence, i.e. failure to obey a summons. They also revoke the Environmental Impact Assessment (Forestry) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002 which amended Regulations revoked by the 2006 Regulations.
