Environmental Impact Assessment (Land Drainage Improvement Works) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 (S.I. No. 618 of 2006).

These Regulations amend the Environmental Impact Assessment (Land Drainage Improvement Works) Regulations 1999 in regulation 13B by clarifying that drainage bodies may substitute for one of the notices required to be placed in at least two newspapers a notice on the site of the proposed improvement works. Regulation 13B was inserted into the 1999 Regulations by the Environmental Impact Assessment (Land Drainage Improvement Works) (Amendment) Regulations 2005.
