Abstract
These Regulations amend the Environmental Noise (Identification of Noise Sources) (England) Regulations 2007 in Schedule 4 which lists the major airports for the purposes of the Environmental Noise (England) Regulations 2006. Those Regulations implement Directive 2002/49/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council relating to the assessment and management of environmental noise.
