Abstract
These Regulations identify in Wales the noise sources that must be mapped pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 7 of Directive 2002/49/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 June 2002 relating to the assessment and management of environmental noise. They are made pursuant to the duty in regulation 3(1) of the Environmental Noise (Wales) Regulations 2006.
