Abstract
These Regulations correct an error in the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010 relating to the storage limit for waste oils in the table in paragraph 1(2) of section 2 of Chapter 5 of Part 1 of Schedule 3 to those Regulations.
