Abstract
These Regulations amend the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010 with respect to a wide variety of matters regarding environmental permits so as to transpose Directive 2010/75/EU on industrial emissions. Matters include: solvent emission activities and small waste incineration plants; chemical fertiliser production; disposal or recovery of hazardous waste; temporary or underground storage of hazardous waste; plant health products and biocides; treatment of waste water; treatment of animal and vegetable matter and food industries; and timber activities.
