Abstract
These Regulations amend the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010 to implement Commission Directive 2014/99/EU, which amends Directive 2009/126/EC as regards the test methods to certify petrol vapour recovery systems for use in service stations and the test methods to verify the operation of such systems.
