Abstract
These Regulations amend the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010 relating to the activities listed in Schedule 1 that require an environmental permit. These activities include treatment of animal and vegetable matter. The drying of green crops is excluded from the requirement to obtain a permit.
