Abstract
These Regulations give effect to requirements of Directive 2006/21/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the management of waste from the extractive industries and amending Directive 2004/35/EC and make some amendments to provisions on environmental permitting in general.
Amendments concern, among other things mining waste facilities, mining waste operations and landfills.
